  • The Palmer - This former historic seminary was converted to 110 first class rental residences and 12,000 square feet of medical office space. As the first modern apartment building on the Main Line in over 50 years, this preservation project has won numerous awards including:
    • 2016 Significant Economic Impact Award from Preservation Alliance
    • 2015 Business Deal Award from the Main Line Chamber of Commerce
    • 2015 Commonwealth Award from 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania

  • Narberth Place - Narberth Borough adopted an ordinance to preserve and enhance the borough as a “unique and historic community,” thus providing opportunities for the community to preserve some of its oldest buildings. Narberth Place was the first project under this ordinance, which converted a historic church into residences.  This project is a 2016 Montgomery Award Recipient recognized as “an exceptional adaptive reuse project awarded for historic preservation, creative site design, and successful community collaboration.” 

  • The Haverford School - Earned a Land Development Award for the sensitive building expansion of the Upper School, and preservation and adaptive reuse of its landmark Wilson Hall. This successful project is also recognized for its environmentally sustainable design.

  • Suburban Square- This project earned a Planning Merit Award for its expansion and improvements

  • Ardmore Crossing - Revitalization Award for the provision of much-needed affordable housing in Montgomery County and the successful transformation of a blighted, underutilized property into a vibrant intergenerational mixed-income residential community.
