Michael J. Bowker, P.E.: Mr. Bowker has over fifteen years of experience in civil engineering. Prior to joining Momenee and Associates, Inc., Mr. Bowker worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, District 6-0, and was responsible for design and preparation of highway design plans which involved right-of-way acquisition, utility relocations, erosion and sedimentation control, signal and sign permitting and pavement marking design. Mr. Bowker coordinated projects with other design units along with local, municipal and county officials. Mr. Bowker has a background in the fields of construction inspection and residential building construction, and has extensive experience with building codes and field inspection procedures. In June of 1996, Mr. Bowker joined the firm of Momenee and Associates, Inc. as a Staff Engineer and has become an Associate Civil Engineer with the firm. He has assisted in the design of various commercial and residential site projects. Mr. Bowker’s experience includes permitting, road design, site layout and grading, utility coordination, erosion and sediment control, flood plain development, client representation at public meetings and extensive use of AutoCAD. He is responsible for the development of Staff Engineers, production of final contract drawings, design calculations and supporting reports, and the preparation of applications for various permits. He has provided testimony before numerous municipal Zoning Hearing Boards, Planning Commissions and Supervisors.
