Kevin R. Momenee, P.E., P.L.S.:

Mr. Momenee has more than 30 years experience in civil engineering design and management including site development, design of roads, storm drainage, sanitary sewerage systems, water supply systems, pumping stations and the preparation of specifications and contract documents.  In his 4½ years experience with the Philadelphia Water Department, he designed water distribution and sewer collection systems including complete hydraulic analysis using computer models.  In 8½ years with Yerkes Associates, he designed subdivisions and land developments, roads, drainage systems, water systems from underground supplies, community on-site disposal systems, advanced wastewater treatment systems, spray irrigation systems and sewage pumping stations.  Since 1982, Mr. Momenee has been in private practice, first as the principal of Momenee-King Associates to 1989, then as the principal of Momenee and Associates, Inc. providing design and consulting services to individual, corporate and municipal clients in the areas of subdivisions, land development, hydraulic analysis and drainage studies.

             In addition to project management and design, he has been Sewer Authority Engineer for several Townships.  He has been involved in the feasibility, design and construction of municipal wastewater systems.  He has provided expert testimony before the courts and Township Zoning Boards, Planning Commissions and Supervisors.
