David R. Fiorello, P.E., P.L.S.: Mr. Fiorello has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering planning, design and management including site planning and development, stormwater hydrology, sanitary sewer conveyance and treatment, roadway design, recreation facilities, flood plain management, the preparation of contract documents and construction management. During his six years with PennDOT, Mr. Fiorello coordinated the District's Highway Improvement Program with local and regional government agencies. During his 3 1/2 years with the Army Corps of Engineers, he prepared flood hazard studies, flood plain management investigations and flood warning and preparedness plans. During this period, he prepared several Flood Insurance Studies, which are used by communities in delineating flood hazard areas and are used in establishing actuarial insurance rates. In 1982, Mr. Fiorello left government service for the private sector, first with Catania Engineering Associates in Chester, then with SWK Ltd. and Kohli and Associates in Malvern before coming to Momenee and Associates, Inc. in January of 1991. Since 1982, Mr. Fiorello has been providing professional design and consulting services to individual, corporate, institutional and municipal clients in the areas of land development, highway design, sewerage facilities, facility planning, and flood plain management. In addition to design and project management, he has served as the assistant Township Engineer and Sewer Authority engineer for several municipalities. He has provided technical assistance relative to public works facilities and provided detailed reviews of plans and documents submitted relative to Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances.
